Very disappointed. There was absolutely no staff. I showed up at about 8 PM on a Saturday, and I am mostly blind and couldn’t figure out how to open our door. When I called the phone number, no one answered, and the sign on the front door says to ring the doorbell for help. So we rang the doorbell about 30 times no one ever came to help. The staff is nonexistent. The room was clean so at least we had that. I will be visiting my family in Saratoga often, but probably will not stay at this motel again.
I have stayed here 4 times now. It is high quality basic accommodations. I have always had an enjoyable stay. The rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable and have zipped protectors for piece of mind.
This is the most comfortable bed I have ever slept on! We will be staying here from now on when we come to visit!
I booked this room last minute online for a school wrestling event. It was one of the two remaining vacancies in town and was the lesser expensive of the two. Upon arrival I was a little concerned given the outside appearance but the place gets 4+ star reviews so held hope. I sat in my vehicle for a moment to catch up on a few personal messages, and after about 5 minutes was greeted by the hotel manager. Couldn't believe how nice this place is! What a gem, me and my spouse had an amazing stay. The staff was so nice, the room was clean, and the location couldn't be beat.
