I had My sister there A little over a year And They were so helpful the whole staff was wonderful they really make you feel at home They really go above and beyond The quality of care is definitely top-notch Would definitely Recommend to everyone Who has a loved one in need LTAC Services. We had thee absolute best experience and it's all because of the one beautiful hard working sweet kind nurse name cherika she was on top of it all never had 2 look for cause she was always there always entered our room with a smile beautiful attitude wonder spirit she is the reason I ask for my granny 2 come back you guys have a gem on your team .
I want to give recognition to the wonderful nursing staff at sage rehab the techs Anthony, Marnaysha , and Lue'Ella played a big role in making my stay better making me feel at home . Also the activity director Ouida is awesome . The therapy team also made a big impact on my stay at sage rehab . I enjoyed my stay here at sage rehab everything was amazing .
