Hello I was at Sage Rehabilitation Hospital from July 10, 2025 until August 1, 2025 entire staff was so nice and kind to me even my roommate was so nice until my last day when I found out that two of their workers stole my bag of medicine and I had two rings in that bag as well that was the only thing that went bad and the Administration worker didn't believe me that hurted me so much. Sage was the absolute best therapy rehab facility to help me get back on my feet. The therapists were all top notch; being both knowledgeable and personable. I appreciate all the nursing staff also, as well as the activity director and the transport driver. If you need Physical Therapy and Occupational Therapy, I highly recommend Sage!

I have accomplished a lot since being here. I have learned to walk better and improved my functional status. Staff and physical therapy (Courtney, Stephanie, Allen, Brunetta, Ouida) have been patient and so helpful. They come when I need assistance as well. The food was delicious!
