Alan was very condescending, called me a kid and told me that I didnt know what I was talking about when I was quoting prices on square feet and then literally snorted and waved his hand as if too dismiss me from his office. I was quoting prices off an up too date MLS price sheet for the area and I have a graduate degree, his lack of professionalism left quite an impression.
