Very professional, start to finish went extremely smooth. Our closer Danielle Estes was excellent, kept us informed throughout the process.
I became a co-owner of a condo through Sage Premier Settlements (West Chester Office). Sage never asked about percentage of interest in ownership, so the transfer tax upon later refinancing was about $1600 when it could have been near zero, according to the subsequent title company.
