Contracted in 2025 for service for my 91 yr old cousin to service his pool. Very disappointed. Neighbor helped keep it maintained because the technicians couldn't seem to get things right. Final straw was when they closed the pool last fall and put the cover on backwards so that the part that covered the steps was tucked in the water on the opposite side of the pool, leaving the cover to sink into the pool and fill up with water. Would not recommend them at all.
