I have had a great experience working with Katherine peripartum for pelvic girdle pain and low back pain with both of my pregnancies. She has been so helpful with dry needling and manageable exercises to maximize benefit when it is hard to make time for them. She is also great in understanding and working with chronic pain!

If you're looking for a PT, especially during pregnancy, you must see Katherine! I started her pelvic floor program in my second trimester, and her expertise in preparing me for labor and guiding me through postpartum recovery was invaluable. Beyond her exceptional knowledge, her guidance and ability to explain the “why” behind everything we work on is spot on. She is genuinely kind, compassionate, and a truly supportive presence.
