I would not recommend this company. After reviewing my camera footage, I was very disappointed with the service. The technician arrived at 4:48 pm, rang the doorbell once at 4:49 pm, and then returned to his truck without making any further attempts. He sat in his vehicle until 5:01 pm before walking back to leave a “missed visit” note. There was no call or text to let me know he was on the way, and only one attempt was made to reach me at the door. Poor company, signed up for contract in high point and I still see a ton of bugs. Told me it was $500 to cancel when I was told it was $200 at first. Please refrain from using this company. It’s been a terrible experience.
04/2025 Update - Still GREAT! Sage hasn't missed a beat over the past 2+ years. Their crew is always thorough when they come out. The tech's have all been knowledgeable, informative, polite and respectful.
