May aunt is currently dying and the staff is so rude - they don’t want to give my aunt her medicine ordered by hospice because they don’t feel she needs it . After family asked for the Medicine Agnes told me personally I don’t know what y’all do up north but down here we don’t give medicine like that well I am glad to say up in West Virginia we take care of our patients we don’t withhold medicine that hospice orders !!!!! I visit a friend who live here. Today, the third floor recroom was hot, the hvac wasn't cooling. Some residents complained that there are maintenance issues here. It was uncomfortable today.
My parents have been living there for 2 months. Staff is always friendly, helpful, and professional. Residents seem happy/content. There are Daily activities and lots of opportunities to socialize. My dad is the pickiest of eaters and has not said a single negative word about his meals- has variety of options. I am happy they are close to me and they are in a safe and friendly environment. I would recommend to others.
Providence Living at Hunters Creek is an outstanding facility to care for a loved one. My mother was in the memory care unit and I was so happy with her care. It is clean, the food for patients was good quality and tasty. She had a beautiful room which was modern and comfortable. I especially liked the CNA's and the love, patience, and care they gave my mom. I do want to give special recognition to two individuals. First of all there is Stephanie in memory care.
