We placed our mother on the waiting list for this facility. We paid $500 to place her on the list. We were told the $500 is refundable should we change our minds. As of October 2025 we notified the ALF we would like the $500 refunded. We have called and emailed and the money has not been refunded. It is currently March 2026 and no one returns our calls or emails. At this point we are seeking legal action.
Had a wonderful experience meeting the team at Providence Living – Hunters Creek. The staff was warm, professional, and clearly very knowledgeable about senior care. You can feel their genuine commitment to residents and families the moment you walk in. It’s refreshing to work with a team that truly values collaboration and quality care.
Wonderful experience with this assisted living facility. The staff is compassionate, attentive, and truly cares about the residents as individuals. From day one, communication has been clear and supportive, which gave our family real peace of mind.
