Hi, I just want to share my experience with Olivia. I requested ombré to my dark brown hair about a month ago & they got me in asap. Olivia did my hair. I specifically asked her for ombré which means dark to light gradually, which I will insert pics of what I mean.. she did the complete opposite. I have curly hair, I trusted her because of her instagram (hair.by.livvvv), and the great work she does. My hair literally came out dark brown to light. There was no transition. People were nice there but I have paid and tipped when actually I’m not at all happy w the blow-dry. It wasn’t a blow-dry. I do a better job myself.

Katelyn is an amazing stylist! Her vibrant personality makes the experience even better! She really makes it a point to be sure I’m totally in love with my hair. In the past few years she has helped my hair get so much healthier and fuller. Highly recommend.
