I go here, Jessica is down to earth and understanding. I've had to reschedule multiple times due to my ever evolving life and Jessica and her staff go ABOVE and BEYOND to help! Jessica and the staff make it as less stressful as possible. I trust them 100 percent!! Affordable and mental health is just as important as physical as I have come to find out! There were two occasions when I reached out because I was struggling. Both times I was ignored. Literally ignored. She told me "I read your message but forgot to reply". There was another occasion she told me she would reach out half way through the month, but then didn't. I want to stress that this psychiatrist ignored me when things got bad for me. I have been going here since January, I have been seeing Katie and she is the sweetest most understanding person I've ever met. Along with the receptionist! They are always doing their best to help people the best they can. Especially if you need a emergency appointment! They always try their hardest. Katie also actually listens to people needs and what they are going through. I highly recommend this place.
