A total mess. I purchased a groupon voucher and said 'call to schedule'. When I called their number the owner's husband picked up and said it was his cell phone (?), said they were not happy with groupon but would honor my voucher. Asked if I could come in Monday at 4pm, I agreed. Now I'm trying to call and nobody is picking up and it's the husbands voice mail. Super sketch and I wasted my money already

Went here for a first time laser hair removal treatment and was really pleased with the experience! Kris, the owner, is so kind. She helped me feel very comfortable throughout the process. She made sure I was a good candidate before proceeding. Well priced, easy parking, convenient location. It was a little hard to get a hold of someone by phone to schedule at first but I now know it’s a small family run business so I don’t think there’s a full time receptionist.
