Disappointing.
Dr. Higginbotham is unprofessional, angry and at the very least, extremely verbally abusive. My 79 year old father went in worried for his health and in pain and was looking to her for help and guidance in his distressed state. Instead of doing what even the most disinterested doctor would do and recommend another doctor or location. Instead she flowed with rage at the difficulty my elderly father was having in understanding his health issues. My office visit could not have been more positive. All of my concerns were addressed by Dr. Higginbotham. I felt she went above & beyond during my visit. I am confident that my health is in good hands with Dr. Higginbotham. The office staff is wonderful. Dr. Higginbotham came highly recommended.
Her professionalism is subpar. She yells at people, talks down to people, makes excuse for her actions and demeanor due to her aging mother which I didn’t need to know about. Probably one of the worst doctors I have ever experienced.
