I discovered Sage Massage several months ago and have greatly enjoyed both the Stretch (Thai yoga/osteo) and Ashiatsu barefoot massages. Lara has consistently been attuned to my treatment goals and I always come home with a new discovery about my body, inspired to follow up in my personal movement and self-massage practices. The studio atmosphere is beautiful and very supportive to the service. Highly recommend!

Katya is a great massage therapist. I see her regularly for my pains. She is a great listener and works with you, using different techniques and pressure to ensure the best possible outcome. She also follows up to see how you are feeling post-massage. I give her a 5 out 5.

Every one of my massages with Katya has left me feeling truly serene. She incorporates various techniques to both soothe any tension and relax the body. I've had a few massages with other therapists that left me feeling like nothing changed or even worst than before. This is never the case with Katya and I wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone needing a moment of peace and repose!
