I hired Sage Landscaping for a drainage and landscaping project. This included improving above-ground drainage, replacing all underground drainage pipes, installing new French drains and catch basins/collection boxes, all connected to the sewer system. We have used Sage Landscape a number of times over the years but this was a first for masonry work. As always very prompt with an estimate and the work was done in a timely manner. Front porch landing was in need of serious TLC. Sage took care of it.

Ed Sage came to my property after having water damage in my basement from a storm. Ed was very knowledgeable and gave us great advice for preventing this happening, weather it came from the basement windows or ground water. He also gave advice on a neighbors tree that I do not want falling on my house and informed me how to write a formal letter from an LTE to my neighbor. Ed was extremely helpful and nice and would absolutely recommend him to everyone!
