would NOT recommend living here. My experience has been extremely disappointing, stressful, and honestly upsetting. Management is slow to respond, maintenance requests take forever, and the overall upkeep of the property is very poor. The worst issue has been the pest problem. There have been rats in the kitchen, which is completely unacceptable in any living environment. Hi! I love Sage Lake for our parents! We carefully looked at all options in the Cov/ Mad/Mand area and knew it was the right place for us! The amazing staff has been there for years, so they they help guide us through the daily changes and challenges we are facing. Sage offers daily activities, 3 meals a day, a clean and happy environment, indoor outdoor gathering areas, and so much more. Excellent experience from the initial tour with Alaina through move-in. The staff was welcoming, professional, and very attentive. Alaina took the time to answer all of our questions and make us feel comfortable. The community is beautiful, clean, and has a warm, caring atmosphere. She and the rest of the staff made what could have been a stressful transition a very smooth and positive experience. Highly recommend!
Sage Lake is a wonderful place - great staff and facility. Strong leadership team. Lots of activities and encouragement to keep residents active. It’s also very clean. My mother is very happy at Sage Lake!
