UPDATE: Place was closed down and sold!! Families BEWARE of the deceptive practices and information Devonshire provides to the families. Kiki (owner) FAILED in every aspect of providing care to my dad. Here are the facts: 1. Staff to resident ratio: 1 staff to 9 residents - owner is too involved with the overall operation on a daily basis 2. No licensed staff onsite only caregivers with minimal training 3. My mom was a resident for about 2 years. The staff treated her with respect, dignity and love. They took care of her like they would their own family. I highly recommend the Devonshire ALH to anyone looking for excellent care for a loved one.
My family would highly recommend Devonshire Assisted Living. They took such good care of my father-in-law. They were kind, patient and treated him with respect. It was so hard for us to have him be away from us, but from the minute Kiki and staff took over we knew he was in good hands. The facility is so clean and there is such a positive atmosphere there. We are so grateful to Kiki and all the caregivers. Ellen
Super clean and well maintained! My husband was a resident for over 2 years. Kiki is a "Mama Bear" and takes excellent care of her residents. Small family atmosphere. Just wonderful, kind, loving care. I'm so thankful for The Devonshire Family!
