Checked into one of their properties tonight and instead of calling ahead of time and saying that there are issues with the air-conditioning in the hotel and rebooking me somewhere else because they didn’t have any availability they chose to let me check in at midnight get up to my room, then have to come back down and then tell me that they can’t do anything and that they can refund me and send me to another property that they own, but I’ll have to pay them as well and they won’t call them or offer any help whatsoever.
