Stay away from this company. I've had them for many years and all of a sudden they just dropped me because of an insurance issue that they were not willing to resolve. They left me hanging and I had a great relationship with my caregiver.
I have had a wonderful experience with Sage Home Care. All of the staff, the director, office staff, case manager and Home Health aide have shown understanding, compassion and commitment in dealing with my 100 year old mother-in-law. I am so happy to have found them.
I had a very good experience working with Chris for getting help for my father. He was highly professional and the questions he asked represented a level of detail that was not matched at the ~7 other home care agencies I have spoken to. When I needed help for my dad last minute, Chris worked late on a Friday to get someone to come the next day. Would highly recommend.
