This is the best optometrist in Calgary! I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for exceptional eye care. From start to finish, the experience was outstanding. The staff at the front desk were incredibly kind, professional, and helpful, making me feel welcome from the moment I walked in. Their excellent customer service was truly appreciated. I couldn’t be happier with my visit and will definitely be returning in the future.
Staff were amazing to deal with and went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable with all my contact lenses. Thank you for being thorough and actually explaining the differences between lenses. I will always return to this location.
I have read the positive reviews and my experience was not typical. The optometrist was thorough, knowledgeable and kind . The front store staff were the opposite. I asked for help to pick out glasses and the staff pointed to the shelves and said the glasses are there . I tried on a few pairs and the asked if the pair I liked would work for me and one of the staff came out for 30 seconds.
