Don't bother wasting your time with this place. I couldn't even get the person who answered the phone on March 6th, 2026 at 12:21pm to give me answer to my questions. Top notch service..... I DON'T THINK SO! MORE like WE DON'T CARE ABOUT YOU AND YOUR FUR BABY BECAUSE WE DON'T HAVE TO! That us no way to treat potential clients.
If you want quality care for your pet rather than a money grab, don’t go here. I brought my dog in for a routine vaccination and was told he was in great shape with no concerns. Two weeks later, we returned for his booster. During that appointment, while my dog was on the table, the vet manipulated his knees and said, “Your dog has a slip knee. To anyone taking their animals to this clinic for a spay/neuter, please know that their prices are out to lunch. I called to get a quote for a "mature spay" for a dog under 3 years, 50-55 lbs and was told it'd be $1400. Pure insanity. The average rate for the 5 others i called are $750-$850 {still high but more affordable}. We ended up going with Poplar grover who quoted $600 cap with everything included. This place is amazing right along with the reception staff! From the moment we arrived, the entire team made us feel genuinely welcomed and cared for. The doctors are exceptional—highly knowledgeable, attentive, and committed to ensuring that every aspect of our pet’s care is clearly explained and fully understood.
