I had my first ever waxing appointment yesterday, and Monica made it a wonderful experience! She was kind, funny, and made sure everything was comfortable throughout the whole appointment. Monica made sure to do anything extra she could to make sure my sensitive skin was taken care of, which I really appreciate. I will definitely be coming back and asking for her if she's available!
