I was recently on one of the live gem sales on YouTube back in January. I only claimed a citrine ring for $17, but it was my first time on one of SageGoddesses live sales. I was told how to claim and pay for my claim. I downloaded the SageGoddess App and followed the instructions as I was told, but my order still says pending and I’ve entered my card information several times. I ordered my first ruby fuchsite harmonizer, not realizing that it only came as one individual piece. The website clearly shows a pair in the picture & with the price of $49.00 it only made sense it was a pair. The only way to tell otherwise was to read a very long winded description almost to the end, so this was very misleading.
