I regularly receive massages, and was looking for a new spot closer to home . I was seen on Friday 4/24 by an older gentleman. He was nice but didn’t have a timer set for the massage. My foot massage ended 10mins early. My back massage was the full 45mins , however there didn’t appear to be any flow to his technique. As if he was just doing anything to make the time pass. I made a reservation last week for 3 foot massages as a girls day out birthday treat. We arrived this morning at 11 AM, we were told by two males that we could come back in an hour… What happened to our reservation and why would you think an hour later would be OK? The spa was recommended by a friend that goes on a regular basis. She was shocked and disappointed as we all were. They made no offer to give us a discount to come back… no apology…nothing.😡
I have been going to this spa for a couple of years now and they do an amazing job! Massage !
