My ex husband and I have been seeing Beth specifically for coparenting counseling. I've been extremely impressed with her style and ways she guided us through communication. I've had a handful of therapists and she's been my favorite by far. She has great ideas and suggestions, she's patient, her ability to show up for each of us at opposite ends of a spectrum with varying views and emotions is validating and compassionate. I've been seeing Anika Prows for a few years & just adore her. I am so grateful for the work we have done together, having her support as my therapist has been life changing. She is down to earth & super great at meeting me where I am while still challenging me to grow & improve. Our sessions were in person for a while & now she does remote session, which has been really helpful for my busy schedule. I can't recommend her enough if you are looking for a therapist!
