The first time I have seen a medical place with no reception.
Was recommended for a “simple and straightforward” surgery by one of the clinics doctors. That surgery has left me in chronic neuropathic pain. No other alternatives to the surgery were ever discussed and there was never any discussion/disclosure about the potential risks associated with the surgery. (I.e. no informed consent).
