SAGE dining services in VT at Vermont Academy has potential to be great. It is unfortunate that it is being run by a DM who is not properly trained in HR matters. That lack of training/support forced me to quit after I filed a MAJOR harrasment complaint against chef manager. SAGE seems to think that hiring "an award winning chef" means that he is a good leader. That is untrue.
