This is probably one of the worst dentist experiences I’ve ever had. First my appointment was at 8:00 am, front office staff didn’t show up until 8:07. Then as I’m completing the paper work I was instructed to indicate no I don’t have insurance. I’m sure that will come back in the form of a bill. I clearly have dental insurance as I have brought my son in for a pediatric appointment and used my insurance then, the staff even remembers the interaction. She claims she will update the file. Initially I was scheduled for the next day, which was my mistake, but Z, Vallory, & Tiara all greeted me very well and let me know that I could be seen today which was awesome and very accommodating. Then, I get to my Doctor after the x-rays and not waiting long at all, and they had me in and out before I could even type an email for work. I appreciate the friendliness, sense of urgency, good care, and referrals for what I need. I will be back.
Everyone was extremely professional.
