Completely disappointed made a 9:30 AM appointment was still sitting there by 10:40 watching people that had walked in the door way after me going to the back we all know that doctors play favoritism when it comes to insurance companies the more that they pay out-of-pocket the more that they rather have that customer than a Medicare customer And they make it clear at Sage. I had to get a root canal done and my anxiety was off the charts, my dentist was so nice, he kept me comfortable and stopped when I needed him to, I do not think I would have made it through with any other dentist. I'm so very grateful for the patience and time he took to help me get through it. I paid for my procedure upfront and I was over charged by 550.00 and now they don't want to refund my money. So I'm not sure anyone should bother with a dentist that going to steel there money ..
Had my new patient visit at Sage today. Everyone was very kind and helpful. When I was asked about things I wanted to work on, unlike a lot of dentists who would try to upsell on some type of optional service that would cost thousands of dollars, the hygenist gave good advice. They also do orthodontia and periodontal services here, so it's a one stop shop! 😁 I look foward to coming back here for years to come.
Incredibly Rude & disrespectful! They gave me an appointment for 8:00AM. They picked the time, not me! They had me sitting in the reception for an hour. They had clearly overbooked. The reception was already packed at 8:00 am. The ABSOLUTELY KNEW that they wouldn’t be able to see everybody at 8 AM Why do you book like that? I just left. I have no idea how the dentists are.
