My wife had a 2:00 p.m. appointment and end up leaving at 4:40. She went there for a basic exam, x-rays, and a cancer screening, as well as a basic teeth cleaning. The only thing they were able to do were the x-rays because the cancer screening machine was not working, and then they did not want to clean her teeth because they said she needed a deep cleaning. Be ready to pay $$$$ just to be offered a “treatment plan” you can’t afford after plan discounts anyways. Also they could care less about you, they’ll add unnecessary codes to charge more $. Be careful
I tried this practice for the first time. I got there a little early and was barely greeted. Told to sit and wait to sign in. Finally got signed in and waited some more. The xray tech was nice. The dentist was brief. The hygienist who measured my gums was poking pretty hard. I flinched multiple time and told her she was hurting me. She said she doing her job. These people are awesome. They were able to make my new smile happen for my daughter's college graduation. They are so patient and understanding and have exceptional customer service! Thanks for everything.
Complete waste of time. I made a 9am appointment, Then received calls that I had the appointment at 8:30, then suddenly it was moved to 8 and when I called the person goes “I have no idea why they moved you to 8 when you had a 9am” Next, they’re going over a treatment plan for me and it has two sets of dental rads on it. A panoramic on and manual ones. The panoramic one wasn’t covered by my insurance so I said I wanted to decline it and she said no, I can’t decline it because it’s their policy.
