Professional service.
I had a wonderful experience at Sage Dental Loganville and felt compelled to share just how exceptional the staff are. From the moment I walked in, the reception team greeted me with warmth and professionalism—no cold or impersonal “check-in,” but genuine kindness. The waiting area is inviting, and I appreciated that things felt clean, organized, and welcoming.
This office -1 a star; the office mgr Yaasmiyn called to justify why I was ignored for over 10 min. Greeting patients “is her job” & the reason I was ignored was because the lady at the front desk doesn’t talk to new patients. 🧐 It’s polite to speak to strangers let alone patients who are paying.
Unprofessional staff. They do not acknowledge patients and instead just stare without saying a word. I arrived 5 minutes early and was still waiting 10 minutes past my appointment time, yet no one communicated with me. Please do not waste your time here. I’m also concerned that my personal information may have been shared prior to my appointment, which raises serious privacy concerns.
If I could give Sage Dental zero stars I would. I went to this "dentistry" back in March because they were close to home and accepted my insurance. I had never had any cavities nor had I needed any serious dental work done my whole life. I scheduled my first appointment and was kept for 2 hours just for X-rays and for an examination and during this time I was told I needed to have 4 cavities filled and that I needed extensive work done on my teeth and gums.
