This is my 2nd stay at Sage Creek. The staff is awesome, the meals are above average for medical facility. The staff focuses on what is needed for your specific care.
This place has a problem with keeping people employed when means you will not get good service for your loved one. The best employees walked out while I was there and there was a very big lack in communication and treatment. My father laid bed for two months. The staff did their best, HOWEVER the worst and most unprofessional administration I’ve ever encountered. Horrible place!

I was at Sage Creek from April 12, 2019 to April 26th. I had a total knee replacement. I had physical therapy 3-4 times a week. I had to learn to "slide & glide" with my walker. I had 3 physical therapists who helped me gain strength in my knee. Especially the day I put my own sock on. I had 3 case workers working with my progress on a daily basis. I think the patients get good care there, and leave HAPPY because the staff is so caring and do a wonderful job, they treat the patients with much respect, and there coworkers
I was impressed with the care my USMC friend received there Nov 2018. The staff was attentive, friendly and professional. Had a cake for Veteran's Day which was nice in honor of those who had served. Am recommending it to my Army friend who need a post op recovery facility.
Beautiful facility, Great Staff! JILLIAN IS FABULOUS! Took fantastic care of my mother and she loves her! Flip side, a female Nurse Practitioner there rude as HELL! If she was my Dr, I’d leave!!!
