Yesterday I called and booked an appointment for my kids for next day, but they were way better , so tried to call them to cancel it . I called them twice earlier didn’t pick up and finally 3rd time it’s took 10mts wait to talk to someone, that’s 30mts before my scheduled appointment.She said if I don’t come for appointment it’s a miss I can’t make a future appointment through phone call just come as walk in only even if you call and cancel it before your appointment. I attended an appointment to receive the measles vaccine and was scheduled with Dr. Elkum. During the visit, I was informed that he did not feel comfortable administering the vaccine because he was unfamiliar with the protocol for providing measles vaccinations to adults. He mentioned that he practices primarily as a sports physician; however, the clinic’s website lists him as a family physician.
