I came in with concerning symptoms: swollen forehead, persistent low-grade fever, green-yellow discharge, and sinus pain — classic signs of a serious sinus infection. Despite the clinic being completely empty, I was told to wait 3 hours. This is unacceptable. When someone shows up visibly unwell and clearly needs to be assessed urgently, they should not be ignored. Very disappointed in the lack of compassion and urgency from the staff.
Absolutely appalling interaction with Dr. AREGBESOLA. She isn't fit to interact with people, let alone patients. I have never been treated like less of a person! They ignored my complaint and only made excuses for the "doctor." Zero stars.
Had a misunderstanding, it was quickly resolved. Thank you.
Never say no appointment and best service of front and staff. Nice gestured doctors.
