SAGE Counseling is managed by a pack of exploitative opportunist jackals hungry to exploit the court system. They finally got their chance during the COVID pandemic. Sage sucks. They get all the court business automatically so they don't give a shit if you make it or not. The price you pay is from them to take their class. They evaluate you and decide how many classes you need off of a phone interview . My interview ivsatvon a phone with dead air while my interviewer did his homework. I was assigned 10 classes after a first offense. I missed a couple $40 payments and I had to start over. I couldn't start over until I paid $200 for the classes I had already taken. I am going to try not to be a b here. My father has had nothing but issues in trying to access you dang teams thing. For one the counselors don't even know how to work the site at all. Every time we called they were rude and were not of any help. Today we finally got ahold of a young gentlemen named Johnathan he was so helpful and respectful, in resolving the issue. This program might help with some of the problems inmates face upon their return to society, but one thing they are not thinking about when they set up this inmate unfriendly technological disaster is the unsavy computer skills the inmates possess after spending years in the ice age of DOC.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! all I needed to do was take an 8 HR class and then be done with these Incompetent, un organized, unprofessional, clowns starting from 07/24/21 (Saturday) myself and 5 others sat in TEAMS waiting 40-41 mins later some guy comes on screen to say the 1 girl who teaches the class isn't answering her phone, so Idk what to do you guys will have to reschedule, WHAT? you mean to tell me you have no back up teacher for just this type of occasion? as much horse crap as that was 2 weeks later Sat 08/07/21 rea... read more

Sage Counseling is by far the single worst unorganized, unprofessional, INCOMPETENT, hap-hazardly thrown together JOKE of a Co. I Had to pay $195.00 to take a shoplifting diversion class from 10/29/2013, on 07/24/21 my self and 5 others sat there in Microsoft Teams for over 40 mins. waiting worrying wondering if we were doing something wrong cause there was no one there no instructor finally 40-41mins later some guy pops on the screen to tell us the one lady who teaches this class isn't answering her phone idk what to do!?!?... read more

Erica D*** is my counselor and I had to express my gratitude for meeting this amazing person. I never thought that a program like this would have effected me the way it has. Erica was much more than a counselor, she some I trust. Never said that before. She has a pure heart, honestly cares. Her non judgemental personality is a relief to be around.
