I really like the quality and variety of merchandise sold in this consignment shop. The prices are fair and they get new merchandise rather quickly. Generally, I've had lovely experiences shopping here and the small staff is very friendly. Unfortunately, I had a disappointing experience the last time I purchased something. I was quoted a price for a piece of art. I didn't purchase it at the moment because I wanted to look at my wall space at home to consider if the piece would work. I left items for Consignment and had a devil of a time getting paid even though the owner agreed that things had sold. She delayed sending me a check despite multiple telephone calls and emails. She did not return telephone calls and emails. I had to go in person after which she promised payment and then still didn't send it. Only after more phone calls did she finally send a check. I'm not convinced that I even got what I was owed as this is a trust based business and there's no way to confirm what price she sold my items ... read more

If you have anything that is an antique, or something you suspect might be of value, take it to sage consignment. Michel is very knowledgeable and I am amazed as to how well she knows what the prices of the items ought should be. Very efficient and a very good business.

Great neighborhood consignment place. Owner Michelle is a delight. Very knowledgeable, efficient and a pleasure. Fun experience. Love her store; she had great taste.
