I am shocked that there are good reviews, Yelp has terrible ones and the BBB an F They shrink, fade and loose items, can't even remove stains or press properly. No response from the owner to my emails.
#1: they turned my brand new off-white designer dress that I had only worn one time into a two toned gray color. #2: I brought it back, as per company policy, to see if they could fix it and if they couldn’t, they would reimburse me.
