We worked with Liane for our elopement ceremony in Tofino in June of 2023. We struggled for months to find the right person to officiate our ceremony. We were looking for someone who would put thought, care and creativity into our day and that is exactly what we found in Liane. Liane officiated our wedding on August 21,2023 in Tofino. She lives in Port Alberni but is able to commute to some other areas on the Island, which was great! She did a terrific job crafting a wedding ceremony with us, she gave us an initial draft and we were able to adjust it to work best for us. Then she nailed the actual delivery of the ceremony and was able to incorporate the special elements we wanted to include such as a ‘rock ceremony’ and us signing the marriage license on each others backs. Can't say enough good things about Liane. We got married September 2023, and she created a perfect, funny, personal, and heartfelt ceremony. We had soooo many guests come up to us after the ceremony to say it was the best one they had ever attended. Liane was great to communicate with, she offered so much valuable advice, took time to get to know us, and really made the whole process low stress and fun.
