This has been one of the worst experiences of my life when it comes to apartments! Coming down to move-in day, I am told they need “more time” to get my unit ready, so I said that is totally fine, but ends up being nowhere near ready when that time came to move in. I included a picture of what some of my unit looked like including piles of rat droppings under my oven. The entire unit was dirty and covered with bugs. Roaches, roaches! From the very first night of my move in ( February 8. 2024 )roaches everywhere. Notified the front desk that required the exterminator to come spray. That didn't help. The exterminator came back, and that didn't work. I purchased top of the line bug spray, and I literally spent a couple of nights spraying roaches dead. As of this writing, I continue spraying roaches. Very-very unhealthy for me. I am a very disappointed resident.
The building is full of mice. Not outside but inside the apartment units. They are coming in from the pipes the walls by scratching threw the wood etc.
