I moved in on December 5th and found roaches. Fast forward to April 19th. After 6 different exterminations. I still have roaches. They only spray in the kitchen.Sometimes the bathrooms and I tell them i'm seeing them in the living room. If they would have used Truly Nolan, they'd have been gone after the first spray.
This has been one of the worst experiences of my life when it comes to apartments! Coming down to move-in day, I am told they need “more time” to get my unit ready, so I said that is totally fine, but ends up being nowhere near ready when that time came to move in. I included a picture of what some of my unit looked like including piles of rat droppings under my oven. The entire unit was dirty and covered with bugs.
