oh my goodness! You forgot to change the locks so someone can't move into their house after they drove 28 hours to get here??? and wait for the 3 day weekend?? and now she can't even move in because she flies out of here on Monday for a week and yet you took her cashier's check?? What the heck? Can I call a locksmith for you so she can have a place to sleep???
Nice place to live. Close enough to the grocery store and places to eat that you can walk too.
Quite never had a problem, pet friendly, close to shopping, gas, food. Back away from the Main Street.
