After trying on several dresses at several shops, I found myself gravitating towards a dress I first tried on at Sage. It was off the shelf and required extensive tailoring but even with that - it came in under my budget! I'm honestly confused because this place seems so highly rated - but my experience was not good. My first email inquiry was never answered, so I called to schedule an appt explaining the situation and they seemed reluctant to do so over the phone. Eventually they agreed. Never got a confirmation email, phone call, or text. So I showed up at my appt time and the store was closed, no one there. I’m so happy that I found my dress at Sage bridal! They were recommended by a friend (as well as Reddit). After visiting another bridal dress boutique, I ended up finding my dress at Sage Bridal. I went in wanting one style, but with the help of the Sage team Christen (sp?), I came out with a Lillian West dress which I never dreamed of wearing because I thought it would be out of my budget. The dresses themselves weee beautiful but the consultant there was not welcoming at all. She didn’t ask a single question or talk to the bride. Seemed very annoyed that we were even there. Would have been good with someone else working.
