Some background on me, I’m a former marine medic, yoga teacher, and a landscaper. So when I say that Phil’s 90 mins Thai massage is brilliantly designed to jumpstart rest, recovery, and healing in the body. I mean it, it was a full body reset, I went back to landscaping the next day feeling like my muscles are healthy and strong again! Highly recommended to anyone!

I’ve gone to see Phil two times now. The first for a 60 minute massage and the second for 90 minutes. After the first massage, I was more relaxed than I had been in months. I typically like deep pressure but had never experienced Thai massage and it’s incredible. The knots are out, I’m relaxed and it’s not painful in the process like deep tissue can be. I scheduled with Phil today and was very pleased with the experience. I have a lot of special requests for a massage, light pressure, table heat settings and sheet only. Phil is one of few therapists I have been to that actually listened and gave one of the most relaxing massages I have ever had. Next session will be soon and I am interested in the other areas Phil is experienced in. Yoga possibly next time. If you need a great massage with pressure you request, Sage Bodywork should be next on your list.
