Sage Bluff is a beautiful location and building with top notch leaders and teams. We love to serve our residents and families!
Do not bring someone you love here. My dad has been here for less than 24 hours, and there are already too many issues to list! The nurse, Tina, just yelled at me because my brother and me helped our dad get out of bed and into a chair. He did NOT want to be in the bed all day!! I am afraid for his health and care at this facility.
Spent a month in rehab with a good experience.
Beautiful facility, with great staff, and lots of fun activities for residents to be apart of.
