Spent a month in rehab with a good experience.
Beautiful facility, with great staff, and lots of fun activities for residents to be apart of.
My mom came to Sagebluff in August after leaving Assisted Living.I am extremely happy with the entire staff there.I appreciate every employee I have met there.I am there almost everyday and they are very patient and caring with her.I am thankful for that but need to give a big shout out to Tina and Chloe on rehab hall.They communicate with me EVERY day I come in to check on mom. Sagebluff you have a great employee team and I appreciate you ALL.Thank you!!!!

I recently recommended this community to a friends family memeber. She couldn't be happier.She has been there 2 weeks and she loves her room, the staff and activities. I'm very impressed with Sage Bluff facility & especially their staff. They arranged transportation for me & admissions was a breeze. I was in a comfortable room in no time. Staff are attentive, friendly & helpful. We were treated very well. I'm very glad I came to Sage Bluff!
