Sage Bleu food and experience was fantastic! As said by our guests with these quotes: "the onion dip is life changing", " I had 3 sliders and I'm going for another", and several other fought over the Lasagna leftovers. 5 star results! I highly recommend and we will use their skills again at our next entertaining evening!
Sage Bleu recently catered our small wedding (13 people) and did such an amazing job! They were so easy to work with, responded to all our questions super quickly, and of course all the food was so delicious. Couldn't have been happier with how everything turned out and would highly recommend them to anyone in the area!
We had a small 25-person event and Sage Bleu was super responsive and helpful in selecting our menu. We ended up needing to make changes and they patiently met our requests and worked with us to make it a success. Our event only needed a simple drop-off, but based on the quality of service and food I’d like to use them for larger full service events. Highly recommend!
Sage Bleu was so easy to work with. They helped us create the perfect menu for our intimate beach wedding. They provided recommendations and tips on food choices. The caters and chefs were friendly and professional. The food was delicious! We got lots of compliments! Thanks again!
Food and service were over the top Great!!! We had an issue that had come up and Lavonne jumped in with both feet and solved the issue and our dinner for 220 people went off with out a hitch. She and her staff were friendly, organized, and served some fantastic food!!!
