I will not be going here again after Nicole showed up 40 minutes late to the appointment, after only notifying me 20 minutes after AND already pushed the appointment back for which I was accommodating the first time. After not apologizing for my inconvenience of waiting in the heat without any explanation, she refused to grant a discount. The owner is very unprofessional and always late this business needs to be shut down they will take your money for a deposit and never show up reschedule without notice or have you waiting hrs I wouldn’t recommend an animal to this service all the bad reviews are true
