I thought these guys were the worst AV company ever until Jeff Sternhall from Sage told me not to worry and he would fix all the issues. The following week, he got his main engineer here and they promised me he would not leave until it was fixed. The day passed and I was skeptical, but it has been 3 weeks now and everything that used to not work before such as the controls for my apple TV, cable and sonos all work like a charm...
