I have gone there 3 times now and am very impressed. I had them do a lot of work on my 10!year old truck before a long trip. I got back and stopped in to ask about the new windshield wipers not doing a very good job. He looked at the wipers and realized his guys had not replaced them. He replaced them on the spot. That alone will have me return again.
I have taken my car there several times over the past year or so. My 2006 Honda CRV has quite a few miles so I wasn't surprised when each time I've had to spend around $1,000 each time for various fixes. This last time however when they replaced something it affected the alignment and while it says clearly on their website that they are "complete auto care" and that they do "tires, brakes and alignment"; they told me that they cannot and will not be held responsible for realigning the car after this last fix.
