I do not recommend Sage Athletics. Jacob Sage is a salesman. Sure, he knows how to train, but he’s just in it to fill his pocket -warm body, pocket lined. I injured my knee, no fault of the excersises, just aggravated my arthritis with months of vigorous training. I asked to quit and he basically harassed me for payment. I told him he would never hear from me again. He finally left me alone. But, since this new year (and it’s only January 1st), he has sent me 2 text messages with “specials” to rejoin.
