I lived since they were new the townhouses had started falling apart stairs coming from the wall mold it flooded outside my door front and back every time it rained and you can forget about trying to get in touch with management the dog park had dog feces all over it and whenever you did get in touch with management and tell the problem they say we will work on it but when I left there nothing was still not done management has changed 4 times and owner 3 when I lived there the kids were out of control the adults were out of ... read more
Moved in 6/2023-3/2024 We broke the lease. 26 highway is unbearably noisy at night when you're trying to sleep. Weekends they drag race into the night to early AM hrs. Dog park is disgusting. People don't cleanup after their pets. One vent in living rm to cool/heat the 1st floor. Management has changed 4x since living here. Not worth the money. Horrible place
This place sucks, the older people seems to be paying more money than the new tenants. Pass this place.
