Unacceptable, booked haircut and color months in advance. Called before coming. Once there I was told they wouldnt be able to cut my hair that an email and call was made to me. They had my number listed wrong. What an utter waste of time and audacity to treat long term customers this way. Won't be spending my money there. They need a serious reality check on how to treat people and not waste their time. Had an event to attend and was planning on having my hair done.
