I lived here for several years and the building management is terrible. They removed my fob access without even asking if I still lived here, they take forever to switch the building from heating to air conditioning, they ignore emails, and the parking is very expensive. The elevators regularly break down and the water suddenly doesn’t work for hours at least once a month with no notice. I’d say stay away from this building. The building management is absolutely terrible. I got a $51 ticket even though I parked in my assigned spot during my vacation, because they blocked the parking lot without any notice. The building seems to be under repair every month for some reason, and they do not respect residents at all.
I lived here for 3 years with two leaks and mould in my unit. Constant disruptions due to the ongoing situation but it was never actually properly repaired. The parking garage was also constantly closed for repairs with no compensation for finding new parking. Most recently there have been several cases of entry into my unit without notice. Oh and I also dealt with cockroaches due to the restaurants underneath!
Apartments are good and affordable.
