It has been several years since my experience just like the previous poster. I too have been wanting to write this review for a long time but never took the time until now. After reading through some of the other reviews I feel less alone in my experience. It's unfortunate so many others have experienced something so similar. The nurse that greeted was very friendly. I had anxiety from a prior IUD placement. She offered to be there and talk me through it. She came in, I explained my past history and my nervousness to her. (I was cut while my old doctor cut the string) Dr. Elena Sagayan seen me, She called in a different nurse to assist. She showed up 45 min late to my appointment, then, she told me I was a new patient so for her to be on time is not possible. That’s one way to gain new patients... then I was telling her my symptoms for possible pregnancy or possible illness if not that and she looked and me like I was crazy and told me, they are all in my head even though I experienced them.
